Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains how returns and refunds work for art supplies, workshops, and courses. If you need help, email contact@beautyofcolors.com.
2. Art Supplies (Physical Products)
- Returns accepted: Within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition and packaging.
- How to return: Email us with your order number and photos at contact@beautyofcolors.com. We will provide return instructions.
- Refund processing: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Return shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or we sent the wrong product.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
4. Workshops & Events
- Cancellation by attendee: Full refund if canceled up to 48 hours before the workshop start time.
- Late cancellations: No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event — this covers instructor and materials costs.
- Rescheduling: If you request to reschedule and we can accommodate, we’ll move your booking to a different session based on availability.
5. Digital Courses
Digital courses are non-refundable once access is granted, because course content is available immediately after purchase. If you experience technical access issues, contact us and we’ll help resolve them.
6. Group Bookings & School Visits
For group or school bookings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date for a full refund. Short-notice cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund depending on incurred costs.
7. How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider a few business days to reflect the refund after we process it.
