Shipping & Delivery Policy
Details on how we process, ship and deliver your orders and bookings.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. For workshops and events, booking confirmation is sent immediately by email.
2. Delivery in Kuwait
Local delivery usually takes 2–5 business days from the day of processing. Delivery schedules may vary depending on your location within Kuwait.
3. International Delivery
International shipping is available for selected products. Costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination. Delivery time is usually 7–14 business days, but may take longer due to customs clearance.
4. Workshops & Events
When you register for a workshop or event, you will receive an instant confirmation email with details. Reminder emails may also be sent closer to the event date.
5. Delays
Delays can happen due to public holidays, courier schedules, or customs inspections for international orders. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email or phone.
6. Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be shared by email once your order is shipped. Not all courier services provide tracking.
