Alkyd resins are synthetic resins made in combination with oil, such as flaxseed or soybean oil. It is a thinner and accelerates the drying time.Turpentine can be used to reduce its density and to dilute the resin. It can be used with a brush.It can also be worked with brush.In addition, if there is no further work on the painting, it is a good protective varnish that can be applied as a varnish after 6 months.
